1. Overview
BetRollover ("the Platform", "we", "us") is an educational tipster marketplace. We provide technology that enables sports analysts ("tipsters") to publish sports picks and enables users to purchase those picks for informational purposes. By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these Terms in full.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to create an account or make purchases.
- You must comply with the laws of your jurisdiction regarding sports predictions and any associated activity.
- One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be terminated.
3. Nature of the Service
BetRollover is strictly an educational and informational platform. We are not a betting operator, bookmaker, or gambling company. Picks published on this platform are opinions and analyses — they do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or guaranteed outcomes.
4. Escrow & Refund Policy
Paid picks are escrow-protected. If any selection within a purchased pick results in a loss, the amount the buyer paid for that pick is automatically refunded to the buyer's platform wallet. Refunds apply only to the pick purchase price — not to any stake, wager, or bet placed by the user with any third party.
Payout structure
Tipster payouts & platform fee
When a paid pick wins (all selections in the pick settle as wins), the Platform charges a fee of thirty percent (30%) on the pick price — that is, 30% of the amount each buyer paid for that pick. The remaining seventy percent (70%) of each such payment is credited to the selling tipster's wallet and may be withdrawn subject to these Terms and our withdrawal policies. This fee applies per winning settlement for each buyer purchase. If a pick loses or buyers receive a refund, no platform fee is charged to the tipster for that pick.
5. Tipster Obligations
- Picks must represent genuine analysis — manipulated or collusive picks are prohibited.
- Tipsters are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content they publish.
- The platform may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms.
- Tipsters must maintain the minimum settled ROI and win rate set by admin to monetise picks (paid marketplace listings, paid subscriber picks, or VIP packages).
6. Liability Disclaimer
BetRollover and its tipsters accept no liability for any financial losses incurred as a result of acting on picks published on this platform. Users access picks entirely at their own risk. The Platform provides no warranty as to the accuracy or outcome of any sports pick.
7. Wallet & Payments
- Wallet credits are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except via approved withdrawal methods.
- Deposits are final once processed. We do not offer refunds on deposits.
- Tipster withdrawal requests are processed within 3–5 business days pending verification.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- Creating fake reviews, fake purchase records, or manipulating leaderboard stats.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform.
- Posting misleading, defamatory, or illegal content.
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse escrow refunds.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion, without prior notice. Outstanding wallet balances subject to investigation may be held pending review.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
